How I Started?

Hello dear readers,
I would like to share with you how I started yoga, yoga therapy and blogging. These three journeys, each a process of discovery and transformation, have deeply affected my life and I am very happy to share these experiences with you.
YOGA
It had been more than 10 years, at the suggestion of a friend, I decided to join yoga classes. Very soon I found myself in one of the best Ashrams in India and received the necessary teachings to continue my path as a certified instructor.

YOGA THERAPY
As I progressed in yoga, I realized that this practice was not just about physical exercises, but could also be a profound method of therapy. I learned about yoga therapy I felt how excited I was about this field. Yoga therapy aimed to improve the health and well-being of individuals by using the principles and practices of yoga. This was both a personal and professional calling for me.
Yoga Therapy Training and Practice
In my journey to become a yoga therapist, I went through a comprehensive training process with IAYT (The International Association of Yoga Therapists) Certification. The yoga therapy training covered a wide range of topics from anatomy to psychology, from various yoga techniques to individual counseling skills. The knowledge and experience I gained during the training process gave me a deep confidence in practicing as a yoga therapist. After completing my training, I started working with individuals and accompanying them on their health journeys. I worked with many clients in many areas ranging from cancer, brain tumors, herniated discs, diabetes, depression and heart diseases. The best thing was that the individuals experienced healing that improved their quality of life.
